2. About SUIGEST360

3. Access to the Website and Services

4. Account and Client Portal

5. Online Demonstration

6. Purchase and License to Use

Purchasing SUIGEST360 does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the software or its source code. It grants only a right to use the software in accordance with the license applicable at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer or license, the license is personal to the license holder, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

7. One License = One Installation

Unless expressly provided otherwise by the applicable offer or license, one SUIGEST360 license authorizes one active installation of the software.

Copies strictly required for backup, restoration or maintenance of the authorized installation may be created, provided that they are not operated as additional active installations.

Activation, deactivation or authorized transfer of an installation may be subject to the license management mechanisms provided by SUIGEST360.

8. Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing or otherwise permitted by the applicable license, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute SUIGEST360 or its source code
• Share, assign, rent or sublicense a license to a third party
• Publish or make all or part of the source code publicly available
• Use the same license for multiple unauthorized active installations
• Circumvent, disable or alter license, activation or security mechanisms
• Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent activities or activities that infringe third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SUIGEST360 servers, accounts, data or infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

The SUIGEST360 software, architecture, code, interfaces, documentation, graphical elements, visual identity and associated original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Any use beyond the rights expressly granted by the license or these terms requires prior authorization.

10. Updates and Product Evolution

SUIGEST360 may evolve to improve functionality, security, performance or compatibility. Features may be added, modified, replaced or removed. Availability of updates and new versions may depend on the applicable license, edition or commercial terms.

11. Service Availability
